About the Mala Beads Design
The design of this mala was inspired by water mythology about Ashrays in Scottish folklore. Ashrays are male and female translucent water creatures that are often mistaken for sea ghosts. The stones were selected deliberately for their ability to connect one to the soothing of the sea and water. The guru bead is a lovely howlite gemstone. It is well proportioned with the mala beads, and it offers an elegant focus point. The mala beads are strung on premium wire. The colors of this mala are uplifting, bright, and vibrant. Adequate spacing is given between each stone for ease of use during meditation.
